A more high octane form of exercise which uses a large variety of simple technique in a circuit format.  Circuits are fantastic if you like a large group environment and want a total body workout, it will hit most major muscle groups helping conditioning as well as give you a great cardio vascular workout helping you to get fit and control the pounds!

Circuits run in 10 week blocks and we have flexible payment options per session or in blocks of 10.
