Hi I’m Darren, conditioning is the named of the game! Getting fit and feeling amazing is what I’m all about. I combine this with looking at your goals and working with you to come up with a plan to deliver them.

I have a Level 7 –  Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) Strength and Conditioning, Level 6 – Undergraduate Diploma (BSc) Sport and Exercise Science, Level 5 – Advanced Clinical Weight loss Practitioner (CPD) and qualified personal trainer.

I have been fortunate enough to have gained vast experience in all fields of sport and exercise science from working with professional athletes within football, rugby, and kickboxing to name a few. I have worked with many individuals that have had barriers to exercise such as post cancer, Arthritis, high blood pressure, pre/post-menopausal women, as well as clients that suffer from confidence related issues.

I really love the idea that I can help people make the change that they want to transform their lifestyles and improve their day to day life.

In my spare time I’m an international level kickboxing, having represented my country numerous times on the world and European stage. I also love all types of training so you may see me joining in on sessions when I am not running them myself, as I love to jump in with you guys when I can.

Fun Facts

In sessions I am referred to as “the mad Irish man” or “relentlessly cheerful” which is a personal favourite and sums me up.

I have an eclectic taste in music  that I think people actually like.
