This is a goal setting discussion all about your health ambitions, we feel it’s great to meet over a tea (GREEN)! And get to know each other. Our next phase is to book you in for your 1st session which will include one or more of the following assessments depending on your goals.

  • Medical Assessment
  • Fitness and Strength Testing
  • Postural Analysis
  • Flexibility/Mobility Testing
  • Balance and Coordination
