Personal training (PT) is the surest and quickest way to achieving your fitness goals, whether you want to lose weight, lose inches, get stronger, improve your nutrition or just improve your overall health and fitness.
At OutKlass Fitness our team of highly qualified trainers and strength and conditioning coaches, are committed to ensuring you not only reach your goals, but we also do our upmost to make it as dynamic and fun as possible!
Personal Training will start with a FREE 30 minute consultation with a PT or Sports Rehabilitation Therapist. This is a goal setting discussion all about your health ambitions, we feel it’s great to meet over a tea (GREEN)! And get to know each other. Our next phase is to book you in for your 1st session which will include one or more of the following assessments depending on your goals.
- Medical Assessment
- Fitness and Strength Testing
- Postural Analysis
- Flexibility/Mobility Testing
- Balance and Coordination
- Body Composition and Measurements
- Nutritional Advice
These assessments will be carried out only with the client’s permission.
Training sessions primarily take place in our OutKlass Fitness Centre or weather permitting if preferred we have the great outdoors on our doorstep…
Our sessions are very dynamic and diverse. Some of the unique characteristics of our personal training include:
